In some cases female vehicles can get to a point in their lives where they can choose to abandon the vehicle aspect of their bodies opting to stay in anthro-form permanently. Cases such as settling down with a human and taking on a full-time lover/wife role, or particularly beautiful girls hired by photography or adult entertainment agencies as professional models. Abandoning their need to be able to transform into feral-form allows them a bit of leeway otherwise not possible to stay a functional car.

One is the equivalent of car breast enhancement, though in the case of an anthro-car she can get her breasts enlarged and still stay technically 'natural' as no implants are involved. The breasts are simply filled with surplus milk until the breasts themselves have swollen to sometimes ridiculous sizes. Because of this surplus liquid sloshing around inside, the female's stock internal milk tank which would normally be filled with the car's milk allowing her breasts to deflate and stow into her chest for driving are now not large enough to hold all the excess liquid meaning her breasts can now no longer fully deflate flat and let her drive like a normal car. As I said, it's normally only done by model or trophy wife cars who have decided to live without functioning as a car.
