2024-12-07 02:07:14 +0000 UTCThe director for the show was actually a OG fan of the original web novel before it was reworked into a light novel. Itβs not a joke to say he carried half the production. For this episode, he was the sole key animator and he also storyboarded and directed.

2024-12-07 00:29:15 +0000 UTCI would just like to mention that if you look at the manga for Eminence in Shadow, Cid and the 7 Shadows are usually all wearing masks. While I do not know if that holds true for the light novel art, I think its good to keep in perspective.
