Vampire's Lair Battle Map - Release

Greetings Adventurers!

Welcome to the first release of April based on the community's polled theme of "Vampires!" We are diving head on first with this one and driving the stake into the heart of the Vampire's Lair! Let's get right to it.

The base map releasing to the Barbarian tier is the lair in a pretty normal state. There's some wear and tear but for the most part, this lair comes in pretty good conditions. I went for a less traditional throne here, something that spoke of a more elegance that Vampire Lords tend to have and went for a luxurious sofa. Behind the sofa is a very large tombstone surrounded by dying flowers. There's an organ in the corner for when the mood calls for some music in the air and in front of the throne are pillars made out of human skulls. Rays of light can also be seen coming in from the above glass panels. 

The Death Knight tier will be getting a variant that awakens this scene and provides more details throughout the entire map. There's added texture to the ground and everything is even more aged. This lair now appears to have been weathered down for hundreds of years. The encompassing red hue now overtakes the scene to match with a common vampire theme and stained blood has been thrown around from previous adventurers. In the other corner is a shattered coffin with pieces of wood scattered. Standing on top of the side pillars are now skulls that have blue magical flames rising from them, giving a contrasting color to the whole scene. This will make for an interesting encounter, whether civil, or disastrous.

The Necromancer and Legend tiers will be getting a writing quill crafted by the artist Rangoah and authored by myself. The Necromancer tier will be getting the quill artwork by itself with a transparent background while the Legend tier will be getting the "Quill of Dying Eyes." This quill is considered a legendary wondrous item and brokers quite powerful deals with an archdevil from the Nine Hells. The Legend tier will also be receiving this item in digital card files.
