The Pet - part 1

This story is a compilation of several stories that I have read at various times. But there is always something in these stories that unites them. An adult woman (over 40) turns out to be a witch (or a scientist or God knows what else) + a young guy (usually a friend or neighbor).
The end is unknown, because in different stories the end is different. It will depend on my mood.
