Karina shared her experience of giving sweets or passing a sticky note to others as a way to make friends, which reminds me of her debut. Many fans disliked Karina during her debut because they believed she only gained recognition for her looks or that her beauty was a result of cosmetic enhancements. A former trainee accused Karina of being a bully during their training days and posted alleged screenshots of conversations claiming that Karina hated her junior trainees and seniors; however, a former classmate and other trainees defended her, stating that Karina is a genuine, kind friend who never bullies anyone or dislikes her SM seniors.
