My guess is Dimple too, looks like he built a Mob/Psycho Helmet dummy out of Broccoli vines or something. Didn't it kinda seem though like he just wanted to do something fun together with Mob at first? Since he originally wanted to lead the Psycho Helmets together and doesn't really have any specific goals beyond becoming the leader? But standout of the episode is confident Mob's face, OMG!
