The demon lord looks like a skeleton mage, The staff he is holding looks like the staff of Ainz Ooal Gown and the pointy shoulder pads made out of bones are aslo like Ainzs. Also the place they are fighting at looks like Nazarick. I think it was meant to be a cameo of Ainz
