Just for clarification, the mom Fushiguro was talking to was not Itadori’s mom it was the mom of that inmate Itadori tried to save even though he was dead. From what we know so far, Itadori only had his grandpa. We don’t know anything about his parents.

2020-11-09 03:05:45 +0000 UTCSo, you saw that Itadori's head got cut off by Sukuna. That was him losing the fight, instantly. So he got brought back to life with the conditions Sukuna proposed - that Sukuna can take over his body for one minute (but can't hurt or kill anyone) and that Itadori won't remember that.
