Also as for "they had 6 other girls they didnt need to dress up Nagisa" the reason they took Nagissa is because they wanted a man (nagisa) for protection, and they figured hed blend in with a crowd of girls if looked like one. They didnt dress him up just because they needed a girl to flirt/distract people, cause as you said ANY of them could've done that.
