And for the movie of this period, ‘The Age of Shadows’ is also a good and entertaining movie! Fyi, it’s Japanese colonial period(일제강점기) 1910-1945. It’s not Korean Japanese war. There was no even a proper war. Not only Korea, but many Asian countries suffered from Japanese colonial rule. They can be likened to the Nazis of Asia, but the problem is that people other than the victimized countries overlook this historical fact and are not careful. For example, while people around the world are wary of the Nazi symbol, the Hakenkreuz, Japan's Rising Sun Flag is still used unconsciously, especially by Western people and the media. And the reason why the victimized countries are still angry is that while Germany at least showed signs of apologizing, Japan still has not apologized with the logic of the perpetrator.
