There where two (maybe three) skipped panels this episode. Essentially, the girl Maehara dated during the skipped chapters between episodes 9 and 10 was fangirling over someone who wasn't the guy she dumped Maehara for, and that guy didn't look happy about it. Anyways, there is another skipped chapter after this, featuring Sugaya (the artsy guy). He made some fake tattoos for himself, put some ink on KoroSensei, korosensei melted ever so slightly due to anti-sensei substance being mixed in, and then they started pranking Irina by giving her horrible semi-permanent tattoos. Good times where not had in the aftermath. Finally there is a single skipped page at the begining of the next episode where some big wig talks about replacing Karasuma due to him not providing adequate results.
