you saw a "power" in the first 5 mins of the first episode, you just werent looking closely :p Also no I want waiting for a ref they literally said the fight doesnt end until you get knocked out or give up. Besides why stop the fight when nanomachines would heal any injures? Also we saw a broken neck get fully healed so why not broken arms or any other bones?

(no I dont think Tower of God is bad at all but with all th talk about how good it is I was expecting a 9/10 or 10/10 show and instead got a 7/10, which isnt a bad score at all, just expected better.. I mean not everyone you run into is talking about how great video games and movies that were 7/10s right?
