It has only been a week back on my gainer diet plan and I feel like I have piled on a lot of fat already (regains are the best). I stuffed in a bunch of sugary and chocolatey coconut macaroons and explored all my new size. I think I am noticeably bigger than my first video from last week, and its making me super motivated. I have been adding in extra shakes here and there and some extra meals at McDonalds. Cant wait to see what gains I can make this week.
