Luke - Current Gainer Meal Plan

We have gotten a lot of requests for what we eat when we are trying to gain so I thought I would post an example of my typical daily diet at the moment. 

This changes throughout the year based on if I find new stuff that I like or with seasonal items (eggnog etc.), but this is reflective of what I am currently eating on a daily basis.

Morning:

Big bowl of granola (high in calories)

After Gym:

Serious Mass Weight Gainer Shake

Lunch:

2 Daves Single Burgers

Large Fries

Large Chocolate Frosty

Afternoon Snack:

1 quart of eggnog

4 slices of lemon cake

1 muffin

Dinner:

Steak

3 baked potatoes with butter

After Dinner Snacks:

3 frozen soft pretzels with mustard

Handful of Oreos

Before Bed Shakes:

2 pints of melted Ben and Jerrys (Everything but the... flavor) blended
