Don't worry about Jotaro. It takes a few parts but he'll finally look 17 by part 6. DIO is the cause of everything. Just kinda FYI (oh and it's mandatory to type it in capitals from here on out). Just one of the few constants in Jojo. Along with a strong reason never to get attached to anyone of Italian decent. But ya know... funny you should say about visiting lots of places....

However, anime added them from the beginning (God bless David Productions), which you can notice if you go back and look closely whenever Jonathan and (young) Joseph have their back of the neck/shoulder area bare.
