2019-11-20 20:05:53 +0000 UTCWhen All Might says "by that time, I won't be by your side", he refers to the fact that since he has already transferred One For All, he will eventually run out of the vestigial energy from the time he was the Holder. He is growing weaker day by day, which is why he can do his hero work less and less each passing day. Thus, by the time Midoriya is strong enough, he won't rly have anything left anymore.

2019-11-15 23:01:19 +0000 UTCMHA takes place almost 150 to 200 years after quirks appeared. So it's like 2150 or 2200. The reason technology somewhat looks the same is because when quirks first appeared like all might said civilizations progress stalled.
