All Might believes he will die, the reasons why are spoliers. Deku already knows that All Might is getting weaker, even so he's still many times more powerful than what Deku can use at this point. Ectoplasm was shown using his quirk to attack the villains at the USJ. -Q.

Third semester begins in January and ends in March. (There are regional differences, so there's no exact start and end date for each semester.) There are midterms and final exams for each semester.

So basically it goes like this, first semester (summer break) second semester. Once they finish the final exams they will be on summer break then theyβll come back for their second semester (still as first years). Hope that helps! π
