MIKE LISTEN TO ME... I'm in my 30s, have skin as white as Casper the friendly ghost, and am from Louisiana. Aloe helps, yes, but, if you want longer lasting relief that also helps heal faster please try NOXZEMA. It's an old school facial cleanser, comes in a blue tub, and isn't very expensive. Put some on your face, shoulders, etc leave on for just a few then take a cool shower to wash off but, don't use any soap. After getting out the shower THEN use Aloe. Noxzema has menthol which provides NOTICEABLE instant relief plus helps "draw" the heat out. Most importantly, it gently clears your pores which means when you put on Aloe afterwards it will absorb into your skin much better making it for more effective, it will last longer, and help HEAL FASTER. You can find Noxzema at wal mart or even the dollar store if you have one of those close to you guys Again, the only "catch" is you don't actual leave the product on for an extended amount of time... make sure to wash off after a few minutes!! Trust me dude, you will be amazed at how much it helps!!!! But, if you don't want to blindly take the advice of some random girl on the internet just Google it lol. Unfortunately it's not as widely known and I don't understand how or why but, I'm sure you will find articles confirming everything I said!! Hope you start feeling better soon man!!
