The virus was just some random flesh-eating disease that started in the local animals and crossed over to humans, possibly first with Henry Cabin Fever II begins the moment this movie ends tracking the infected bottled water, not a great film but has its gory moments, and Winston the Party Cop is back on the case

The scene was in the script, but the wild karate moves? That was pure improvisation. The actor that played Dennis, happened to be a real-life martial artist. During a break in filming, he started showing off his moves, and Roth decided to work it into the scene on the spot. And the harmonica stuck in the throat.🤣
