Introducing SiO Movie Club (November 2025)

The first theme: so bad, it's good: movies that are so bad they circle back to being fun or entertaining or at least give you lots to discuss. NOMINATE BELOW AND READ BELOW!!

Think "book club" but for movies - the idea is you will get on a monthly theme, and I'll get you to suggest movies that fit the theme. 4 a month, so everyone has time to watch them before the end of the month.

I WILL NOT BE REACTING TO THESE, SO THEMES WILL BE FOCUSED ON UNDERRATED OR LESSER KNOWN. DON'T RECOMMEND YOUR BELOVED ONES!

I'm not sure how many I will film before I get into the next big TV series but I am planning on bringing True Blood back and I will be doing casual viewings of Black Mirror from time to time.

I for one am happy to see Michael Myers back, the ending really saves this movie for me.

The mask - is it a bit ridiculous yes, but the uncanny feeling is freaking me out

HALLOWEEN III SEASON OF THE WITCH (UNCUT)

I went into it purposefully not looking into why it was different - so you'll see my reaction to realizing it is not michael myers adjacent haha.

Even with my new knowledge, not a movie I like but definitely some great elements.
