TGB EPISODE 11 is complete! What's next?

Hey everyone. Now that TGB EP11 is finally done, I wanted to do a quick update on what's coming next for the series as well as for the channel as a whole. 

THE GOODEST BOAH IN THE WEST

So, first of all, the missions that will feature in TGB EP12 were recorded way back in MAY of 2021. There are three missions left that were completed from that period, all of which I'm planning to include in Episode 12. However, depending on how long it will take to explain these missions in the video, I may include a further 1 or 2 missions. I am looking to make episodes that include only 1 or 2 missions a bit of a rarity from here on out, as there is still a longgg road ahead of us. However, I won't compromise on long explanations where they are needed, as I'd rather explore interesting strategies or big moments in the series without the pressure of NEEDING to cram in more missions for the sake of it. 

EP10 and EP11 taught me a lot about applying brevity where I might not have before, especially in the storytelling aspect. While the plot and "lore" are a lot less obvious these days, I'm hoping those invested enough will pick up on where the story is going. I think the story is best explored this way, especially now that those long-winded sections of me just spoon-feeding the story through narration are a thing of the past. Not only does it reduce the bloat in each episode, but I think it helps blend the TGB narrative and the TGB challenge element together in a way that neither feels obtrusive to the other. I do think some cool little details plot-wise are getting lost on a lot of people this way, but again, I'm sure those interested enough will pick up on things - especially as the story progresses! 

One thing I will say is: look out for any community posts relating to the TGB plot! Stuff like the Saint Denis Times Tribune papers aren't just there for show! Often there will be many hints of what's to come in those articles.

I'm having a lot of fun with this series, even more fun than when I started it. I feel like it's finally on the track I wanted it to be on back then. So thank you all for sticking with the series after all this time, it means a lot!

LEGO, PLAYTHROUGHS AND MISCELLANEOUS VIDEOS

Obviously comes as no surprise that TGB episodes take an ungodly amount of time for me, so I'm definitely looking to reintroduce some less intensive projects that have gone neglected for a long time. There's a lot of LEGO stuff that never got finished, a lot of playthroughs that were recorded but never edited, and a lot of new ideas that I'd like to make. Look out for the return of this sort of variety in the next few weeks, especially if TGB and Red Dead related content isn't your cup of tea. 

RETURN TO STREAMING

Finally, I'll be getting back to streaming soon on Twitch! Likely with some sort of schedule this time to keep me from getting overwhelmed with other projects. I'm thinking just 3 or 4 days a week to start with. I've been revamping a few aspects of the stream itself too so things should run a lot smoother once we get back to it. But who can say for sure? My streams have a tendency to break down because I am an old man who is bordering on technologically inept.
