I spent 21 through 25 being insanely depressed not seeing anyone or going out and than the next two year trying my best to go out and try talking to people or contacting old friends i was out of touch with. Im still not in a great spot but im doing much better now. For anyone feeling the same way you have to keep your head up high follow what you like/love and try your best to do better one day at a time. The closing of the window at the beginning and the opening at the end is so relatable for me. I dont think im anywhere near where i could be but i have opened the window and im trying so hard to be more social and accept those who are trying to help me.
