New Anime to Watch?

i second fmab!! it's one of my all time favorites and worth the watch. :) haikyu and hxh are also in my top five!

2024-07-19 22:23:52 +0000 UTComg yes, i think doing one long and one short anime is a great idea! it also helps that most animes tend to have a 23-25 minute run time each episode so 2-3 eps of an anime could equal to one episode of a kdrama lol

2024-07-19 22:22:48 +0000 UTCalso i think going forward (once we finish demon slayer), we'll be doing one long anime and one short one, so we can get a variety of things! But i've also been doing 3-4 episodes per post recently and i think that'll help us get through more quicker!

2024-07-19 20:33:32 +0000 UTCdamn. that's a hard choice. i love haikyu, hxh, jjk and my hero lol. hmm, i've noticed you love the type of mc tanjiro from demon slayer is and imo, deku (my hero) and gon (hxh) are quite similar to him in terms of the kind of character they are so i can see you enjoying those if you love characters like that. hxh is slow paced in the beginning, but it gets super complex the more you watch. i do love the whole anime tho (whereas i've noticed people tend to get into it more in the second half), but the 2011 adaptation is what people often recommend for hxh! haikyu was one of my first sports animes and, while i'm not into sports irl (aside from basketball but, even still, i wasn't into ANY sports at all back when i first watched haikyu), i would still recommend it even for non-sports fans bc i genuinely think it's engaging even if you're not into volleyball and i love the characters and friendships/dynamics between certain characters! for jjk, it's kind of the IT anime rn, i feel like, but very well deserved. i'd also rec it. :') last but not least, my hero is kinda similar to hxh where it may start off slow but i personally got hooked since the beginning. it is another show that gets better and better with each season tho!

2024-07-17 03:07:55 +0000 UTCJust a warning Haikyuu is a bit slow paced and longggg! If you like sports and BL I recommend Yuri on Ice btw. The romance isn't the focus which I like and it's shorter
