streaming or download

That you can access any of the videos from the past and watch them from any device? or would you prefer I just give a download link once a month with the content I would post for that month (links would expire after 30 days)
(streamable costs me $250 USD which is fine, cost money to do business, even my google drive would need an upgrade but if you don't really like it than I would rather switch to something you like)
