Would you prefer:
Surgical Transformation: This involves a physical surgery that gradually makes the character's body more feminine. Everyone around them would still remember the character as the original person, so they'd be surprised by the change. The character would have to navigate people's reactions to their new appearance.
Magical Transformation: This transformation would happen in real-time, perhaps in front of a mirror, instantly giving the character a more feminine, curvy body. In this scenario, everyone else's memories would adjust to the change, as if the character had always looked this way. However, only the character would remember their previous, more boyish body.
