Beta testing is on-going.
A release date will be posted when I know more about the workload needed to fix bugs etc.
If you haven't prepared for patching your game, I strongly advise you to do it soon, to make release day easier for you.
Download the full game here if you need it.
Please note, modified game versions or even extracted ones won't work with patching. You will get errors when playing the game if there's anything in the folders that's not supposed to be there.
You can fix it by downloading a clean release before patching or by downloading the full game on release.

2020-05-23 13:50:43 +0000 UTCI made a public post about this a while back. It would be harder to maintain a game that way since Steam is handled differently. Steam is handled like the patching I will do for Patreon. It makes it easier to do versioning this way and it's even faster for players to download only patches than entire games every update.

2020-05-23 08:12:43 +0000 UTCHe'll have an upgrade patch - he's just stating that you need to have a clean, unmodified existing installation before attempting to install the 0.5 patch when it releases. If you have tweaked any files in your installation for mods, hacks, etc. it's recommended to do a clean installation before attempting the patch when it releases.

2020-05-23 03:10:53 +0000 UTCNah, I just remember that there was a wall of text after episode 4 where DPC said that season 2 will come with new binary which means new folder with an executable. But there is no such text in 0.4.2. I guess it was in 0.4.0 version and things changed after that

This week it would have been the ideal distraction to what I may face next week at work, but it is what it is. Just a little longer and hopefully some of the questions I've been having will be answered. If it answers at least one, then that would be awesome. But I'm really looking forward to it regardless!
