RenPy is easy system and most important functions are on mouse, so there isnt big need for buttons. As far as I am concerned I only use mouse and CTRL for "skip".

I use many buttons, history, sometimes skip if I've already played that part and is on a second replay, save and sometimes Quick save or q.load . Press many times tough escape to go to the menu.

I usually use right and left-click for everything, but occasionally use Q Save/Load and Back buttons. The only keyboard key I use is H.

Just do make sure because the question is a bit ambiguous: I use all the listed functions, but I use keyboard shortcuts (TAB, CTRL, ESC) and right-mouse click and scroll wheel to activate them.

I use the keyboard mostly and right mouse menu for saves. So I never use those buttons

In games where 'Backscroll' is not implemented, I use the 'History' button. That's it.

I only use the auto button, otherwise it’s right click for save/preferences and mouse wheel or pgup/pgdown for moving back scenes
