dan

Omg Valkyrae and Maya collaborated at a natural history museum??? Would be so great

Anja Miller

Hell yeah Broadway! If you haven't seen Come From Away you have to, it's so good!

Sovde

If you take that as you need to "welcome " someone in then keep in maind that a sign that say "welcome" will work the sam for exampel dormats or a sing hold by a porslin figure. About dreams i have hade several "truth dreams" wher stuff hapends irl a while after the dream. When my dad died me and my hole close fanily (mother & sisters) and some friends just woke up at the same time so we culd go to his room and say good bye and wake upp other familemebers that wher at the hospital

Staying at the Stanley Hotel is one of my first ghost experiences!! I live very close to it now. QT is correct about the woman who worked there - but it was way more than “just a job” for her. She loved working there and they kept her on the staff basically until the day she died. So it not that she resents it, her soul is just very tied to that place. I have more info if wanted :) and definitely recommend a visit!! It’s a really good “ghost” tour.

Regarding the Mummy parties: There is a conspiracy that pharmaceutical companies donate/invest a lot into ancient Egyptian sites. So maybe those rich Victorians were onto something.

I have a few stories one was when I was probably around 4-5 years old and I woke up one day and went to my kitchen sat down at our table and I remember looking at the clock and I can’t remember now so ill give a random time similar too it so ill say it was 7:31 and i looked back at the doorway to the kitchen and I don’t remember if i had heard something or if i just had felt a presence and looked over but there was a little girl probably around the same age as me in a white dress that was covered with dirt/mud and it had like that poofy bottom but i remember staring at her and my vision must have also been bad back then because i remember trying to figure out if it was one of my sisters and I couldn’t tell then I looked back at the clock and 5 minutes had passed although I knew it hadn’t been that long and once I looked at the clock I just knew in my head I was like shit why did I look away now itll be gone and sure enough she had vanished and I knew noone would believe me. My second one isn’t as scary in my opinion but it involves my dreams in which i have had this dream 3-4 times now where the first time I had it I remember the world had frozen over and it was just me and my siblings mind you I have 7 siblings but only had 6 at the time of these dreams so all 7 of us were kinda just looking around like what the hell do we do how do we go back to normal and for some reason my brother suggests smashing my littlest sisters head with this big ice ball and the rest of us were like no what if it doesn’t work ect. But we could not stop him and my little sister just went right along with it so there was an indent even in the ground where she layed her head and sure enough right as he threw the big ice chunk down (before it hit her head) I woke up back to normal… So then the next few times I had this dream i remembered instantly so right when the question came up I was like yeah this is all we do and everytime I have woken up before her head is smashed but I remember thinking after one of the dreams what if it hadn’t worked and I was stuck there after having made that decision and that was pretty scary to think about anyways thats all thanks for reading!

Speaking of old internet and cannibals, I wonder if Rae or QT know about the Cannibal Cafe murder. Definitely interesting and a must read if you like disturbing things from around the internet type stuff. LOVE the costumes btw; Rae's rendition of joker is TEA

I'm not sure about astral projection, but I used to have lucid dreams all the time when I was a child. I saw the same dream like 5 times to the point that I knew it was a dream, and I could change the outcome of it. Unfortunately, I couldn't change the full dream, or I didn't want to, but I turned that dream into a game. Like I had to deliver a CD to someone, and there were people who were trying to stop me, and I could choose which friend to take with me to help me. It was weird af but fun as well.

Amtrack is so beautiful. I trained from penn station NYC to Austin TX. Was it like 24 hours or more? Yes and I had no idea bc I didnt read the ticket right and only read my first trains duration (there were two trains)…. But it was beautiful. I met a few incredibly helpful people. An old man with a guitar did not k*ll me but instead took me to the food cat and we sang songs w everyone there, he helped me transfer trains but before that we had lunch in chicago. Showed his boundaries by not buying me food which at the time I was slightly offended but it also reaffirmed he was not going to murder me. Lol. Chicago to LA would be something I want to see. Going through colorado on train…. I want to see that. Even northeast trains where I can drive… I heard its gorgeous in the fall. I slept on the chairs but since QT has money she’d be soooo happy getting a sleeper. For privacy and actually getting sleep.

Sacredchi !

It was funny for sure! It made me join Patreon. Staff laughing in the background because they couldn't contain themself was the cherry on top.

I have never been able to astral project. I do have tons of stories about things that touch this though. Most of the experiences I had were during my psychedelic hippie phase, lots of weed, etc. 1. I used to have dreams that were the day I would wake up to. Sometimes it’d be a few days in advance. I worked at the thrift store and what I remember vividly was this woman shopping. She was birdlike facially and had glasses and gray short hair. She said something in my dream that made me know she was aware I was dreaming and she knew I was. At this time the end of my dreams were basically reality folding into itself and disappearing or something psychedelic and freaky. I eventually see this lady at the thrift store and it was nothing crazy, but I only ever saw this woman in my dreams and she talked to me. She said something deep and I reiterate — she knew I was dreaming. Like she somehow found me. It was especially weird because although working at the thrift store is mundane and repetitive, I genuinely felt and recall feeling like my dreams were literally the next day. Something about it was just… extreme deja vu. 2. When I was a kid I had deja vu dreams as well — one I recall vividly is ice skating. There was a woman helping me that I never met. Maybe a few years later she ended up being my ice skating teacher. 3. Not paranormal but psychological. After a horrible break up I had awful dreams and a lot of them ended with me about to die and usually included trying to save my family from whatever was going to kill me too. Like, monsters from zombies to godzilla and other things. I kept questioning what happens if I let myself die. I was so afraid of it in my dreams. It felt so real and I had no control. One dream I realized that I can see what happens if I let myself die, so I do. What happened after I died? A GAME OVER SCREEN like in video games. Nothing I can think of in particular bc I primarily game with the sims lol. My conclusion currently is — there is a possibility substances can bring you closer to spiritual realms, but, your are already psychologically aligned with those beliefs and it might be a self prophecy. I know weird things have happened to me. I told my first boyfriend that i’d date this guy a little older than us and years later it happened. I never really knew the guy I pointed to, he was just cool and hot and I was a bit of a problem girlfriend in hs. I had no idea it’d actually happened and forgot about that even while dating the other guy. However with things like me believing aliens were watching me was 99% because of my psychedelic friends infatuation with aliens and some fear of being watched. That was most likely a self prophecy — seeing the stars and looking at weird lights etc.

Idk if it was the wine, the makeup, or the overall vibes but this weeks episodes had me dying.

i had a tortoise and the hare book as a kid (it was disney themed tho so it was goofy and i think donald racing cars). but the allegory has existed in the west since ancient greece (its an aesop fable). in china they just see it as useful vehicle for commentary on chinese attitudes to education/child rearing

joeypantsfan

I have done astral projection in a dream but I don’t know if that counts. I was in a house that was open with all the rooms, I had a tv on that was fuzzy while the rest of the house was dark and I was laying in bed. I kept seeing these eyes move around the house, then suddenly I had a Birds Eye view and saw the figure moving around. Another time I dreamt that I was sleeping in my room and I felt these hands at the foot of my bed then it started hitting the edge of the bed moving around but I could never see what it was, the only thing I saw was hands.

SKar05

I'm from Alton Illinois ❤️ I couldn't believe when Rae's video came out that they were in my hometown! A lot of the houses are also haunted because the bricks were taken from the Confederate prison where a lot of them died from disease during the Civil War. It's such a historic city 👻

Michael

I’ve had things get thrown at/around me in my childhood home. A clock got thrown off the wall directly next to me. The nail was still in the wall so it didn’t just fall, it didn’t just slide down the wall it would have literally had to have been picked up off the nail and thrown for it to end up where it did. It happened just out of my peripheral vision, I wish I could have seen the entire thing happen and not just hear the crashing sounds as it was happening. Scared the hell out of me. Another time an RC car remote that was sitting on the shelf in my bedroom for over a year undisturbed was on the floor next to my bed when I woke up for school one day. It was dusty and the dust wasn’t disturbed at all so I knew nobody touched it. The things around it were moved a little also. It’s like something grabbed it and threw it at me while I was sleeping. I’m a very logical person and I don’t necessarily believe in ghosts but I don’t have an explanation for how those things happened and it bothers me to this day that I don’t have an explanation.

Sean L

I've never wanted to astral project because I once read a book that talked about it and how you could lose your body if someone got back to it before you. I don't if it's true or not, but I also don't want to find out.

Kristen

QT sounded so disappointed that she wouldn’t be able to see the broadway musical they were talking about because it’s in Chicago. So I thought I would just remind her and anybody else that doesn’t like to fly that Amtrak does have a train line that runs from California to Chicago! It’s definitely a long ride but it beats driving and it takes you through beautiful parts of the country. It’s also a pretty cool way to spend time with a friend since you can book your own room if you have the means. Just thought I would leave this idea here!

Chipx914

QT's astral projection story... I believe it! Also as a biomedical science graduate I just wanted to share this as a PSA: The real reason millennials have higher rates of cancer than their parents | The Independent https://share.google/SzJu1MrUqK0u5nIfp "Today we know that there is no safe level of alcohol consumption: the International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies it as a Group 1 carcinogen, on the same level as tobacco. This is because the body converts ethanol into acetaldehyde, a compound that damages DNA." Not saying quit but the research is good to know!

Azzy

Lucid dreaming is the one where you basically become aware in a dream and then be able to take control and do whatever you want. As someone who was a chronic day-dreamer, it was as simple as starting a dream world scene before I go to sleep, and it was almost like just transitioning from real world md going to sleep to awake dream world me. Sometimes id treat it like a series lol continue out my life in a dream over several nights.

John Grizzly

So astral projecting is more like being able to seperate your mind and body, leaving the body behind to experience something seperate like being able to observe yourself sleeping, moving downstairs to check up on the kitchen or wander around. This js more or less perceived to be something greater or other than you that you interact with. There is an idea or warning about doing this as it can leve your body 'empty' if left for too long or undefended. Closest thing ive experienced to it is severe 7disassociation as a kid, watching my body move automatically while looking over my shoulder or beside my body, like my perception was desynched.

John Grizzly

Honestly I think they should do this once a month it was a fun time!

Sleep paralysis story: In high school, I woke up in the middle of the night. My door was cracked open, which is normal, but while I was lying on my back, I saw it open wider and could see the shadow of a person walking in. I couldn't move to see who had walked into my room, I could only see the ceiling, the light from the hallway, and a very tall shadow move through. I heard the chair in the corner of my room move and heard someone take a seat. I tried soooo hard to say "Dad?" But nothing came out. I tried to scream and move and nothing happened. Eventually I fell back asleep, I had heard about sleep paralysis before and assumed that was it. The next day, I asked my dad if he had come into my room that night. It was only him, me, and my mom in the house, and he is the only one to stay up late. My mom's also really short so it wasn't her shadow, and I heard the footsteps of a man. He said he didn't go to my room at all. I told him the story and he froze. He slept on the couch that night and also woke up in his sleep, frozen, unable to speak. He also saw a shadow, but it came through the front door, and went up the stairs...to my room, presumably. This is real 100%. Our house was really old and at least one person had died there. I was always scared of something in the house as a child, and I have memories of a shadow-figure wearing a tophat at the top of the stairs.

Yeah, the rules of early era movies are pretty nuts compared to now. Wizard of Oz is not a singular thing.

man a paranormal detour with detune x rae & friends collab would be great

If you spent time tasting wine and learning about it, you would be growing your taste palate and soon be able to smell/taste the notes! BUT there is nothing wrong with just enjoying wine because it is yummy. :)
