Thank you, I was so desperate for a comment about this that I almost made one myself. They are famously exclusive to that part of the world, or at least those countries are very proud of these wonderful beasts. I remember watching Rise of the Planet of the Apes over there and Malaysians were wild for Maurice. Orang Hutan literally means Jungle Person (well, Person Jungle but adjective/noun order can be swapped in Malay), they have been held in high regard for ages.

It would be great to see more of them, posting them to YT is a great idea. Always amazing to watch the show, great music acts this time too! :D Cool to hear about all the decisions that go into making the show. Amazing job by QT, Maya and all involved!

2024-02-21 14:44:14 +0000 UTCQT if u want to be a performer, be a performer, in my opinion u were amazing as a host, but u shouldnt have to be perfect, as it is your satge presence is amazing, love your humor and jokes and i think u will get to a point where u will be satisfied with yourself and realize how important it is to have u there, how much joy u can bring people and make them laugh. who cares is squeeks or will are better, there r comedians even better than them. Im so impressed by u every year, ive watched this awards two times now and honestly mindboggling what youve accomplished!

Like they are the only people I hear say fairly often how much they hate the industry and those in it. I can see why those in the industry would be hesitant to approach. The RBF def isn't helping. But I don't think it's the only reason other streamers hesitate.

During her NYE VRchat party, they visited a VR Disneyland and she said it was one of her favorite worlds because it lets her experience it because she can't in real life due to her condition. I think taking her there would be really meaningful for her.

2024-02-21 08:29:23 +0000 UTCIt would have been a great idea to have Poki as a podcast guest to like go over the whole experience of being co-hosts for TSA, Poki's own podcast/parallels to WAI, and other current topics -- but she's also booked and busy and away from LA for the next weeks, I think (Sadge). Same goes for Rae (possible guest) and her being away on trips. Either Leslie, Miyoung, Jodi, or Sydney would be fun guest ideas! It'd end up being either the Roomies or OTV lol. (Having Jodi on without Maya there just sounds comical tbh.) Tina could also work for a more one-on-one experience versus last month's collab on Fear&. Another ep with Caroline would also be really entertaining, I loved that ep a lot. We love women here!

2024-02-21 07:42:02 +0000 UTCOne of the funniest moments during the streamer awards for me was when Poki announced Ludwig and chessboxing for best event in an alternate universe and QT followed it up with “cos it was cancelled” in the driest voice ever. LMAO. Idk why but i found it so hilarious. QT i absolutely love your humour and your dry delivery ends up being so crucial to the whole joke, its a part of the experience. Also the monologue!! It was so good and i definitely felt the intention behind your delivery for it, so i’d say you totally smashed it! Fantastic event

Theres only so many woman in the space who can do shows like this and she has shown with OTK she can host quite well.

Maybe during interviews there could be an inset of a red carpet posing feed? Or a photog uploading snaps to the twitter immediately?

Are there other people who are more "natural presenters"? Sure, there'll always be someone better than you at anything, but she is iconic to this event and I think that's more important. I understand being self-critical but give yourself some flowers too QT -- you 100% genuinely DID do a good job, and you DO deserve to stand up there and do the thing you enjoy doing.

It was the difference between two different food packages and a huge price difference. We could not get a straight answer of if they were coming and had to spend the extra money. They did not show and still said nothing lmao

Did max dood know he was being honored? I think it would be cool if they were surprised but I suppose they need a speech to write. Suggestion, I think ppl want their interview on stream to show off outfits? Maybe have an outfit cam and show that during intermissions? Saves time on interviews while showing the fits! For me I think the audio was not as good on stream wondering if it was better in person? The monologue was awkward because on stream it sounded like no one was laughing, same with some performances it just sounded like no one was into them. I noticed lot of streamers using the streamer award tag while doing something like their own gaming or other streams which was kind of annoying Lastly, it’s time to have rae on an episode!

2024-02-20 22:21:26 +0000 UTCI missed a wedding in October that I RSVPd to do to anxiety (agoraphobia, diagnosed in the last year and traveling/events have been practically impossible) and I felt pretty bad at the beginning of this episode. Hearing qt say that anxiety was a valid reason as long as there was a heads up and explanation made me feel a lot better. Missing anything due to anxiety feels so terrible. So thank you qt.

It might be too taxing for the interviewers and logistics could be hard, but that could maybe help the issue of people being upset about not being on stream. The show was epic regardless!!
