After this episode, ron and Sam sort of fade into the background. Not much drama from them for the rest of the OG series. Not sure if that is helpful for you guys but figured I would let you know in case they were the reason you wanted to switch shows! ❤️❤️

I will say because of you all watching these I checked out the newer seasons on Jersey Shore Family Vacation and while there is still drama, its more of the fun trashy drama and not stressed out looking away from the screen drama. Some definite character development was sought out and Mike got sober. Happy to watch whatever you all are feelin, I'm just here for the laughs and chillin.

also everyone might not realize is that mike is going through drug addiction in these last two seasons. He was addicted to pain killers hard in this season especially so at the start he was going through withdrawls and such, he explains all this in the new show they have "jersey shore family reunion"

My feeling is that, for Trash TV, the show really is serving as a vehicle for Maya and QT reactions. The contents of the show are secondary for me as a Trash TV viewer. I’m watching a react show and Maya and QT are hilarious reactors when they’re having a good time. Maya and QT are the ones actually having to watch a regular TV show. So, whatever show they are going to feel invested in and enthusiastic about is 100% the right choice for me. Watch what you love, ladies!

I watched all of Jersey Shore when it was first airing on MTV (I was in high school. As an adult re-watching with you guys, I can see why it's hard to watch. I think you two should do what's best and what you think will be fun for yourselves. If you're not having fun watching this, you can always take a break and finish it later on if that's something you'd want to do. TLDR: You do you!! We're here to support you and the podcast.

The producers ruined the show by not pulling Ron. Someone who causes actual harm to people around him shouldn't be kept on. His presence makes the show actively worse. I don't want to watch because of it.

IMO, I’m glad you are switching off from doing Jersey Shore. It also has been more stressful than fun for me as a viewer. Additionally, I think it could be fun to see you both react to other things (I also have not seen Gossip Girl, so I look forward to that!). Also just so you know, the whole cast was going through really tough times in Italy and it's all quite sad. Italy has some of Pauly and Vinny's really funny moments. Season 5 starts right when they return from Italy (literally same time). Season 5 and 6 actually aren't that crazy for Ron and Sam, shockingly. Love you guys and whatever you want to watch is totally fine! 🫶🫶

This show is honestly abusive. A part of me thinks y'all should finish it for all that we've been through together and seen, but that's the exact same logic that keeps Ron and Sammy together. I think we the viewers are Sammy and this show is Ron. And we should just to pack up and go home 😖😖😖
