The teams are not controlled by the players. This change is devastating for the players job security and the future of up-and-coming players - as they no longer have a pipeline into the pro scene. It's a show where people get brought in to a contest where they make an online persona, could be them, or they could be catfishing. They basically get people to like them based on their online persona and at the end they all meet each other and see if they're catfishing or not, but their final votes are already cast before they meet each other. For QT in particular - there are some baking contests and some people really show their true selves. It's a fun show!

I think QT could do it though and I would 100% love to go to her show.
