I had really hot debates with my surgeon... choosing between brazilian buttlift and ass implants, finally we fixed upon the second option... Yes, yes this is exactly one of them in the photo... looks pinky and glamorous... like my future bubbles...
By the way, even in the clinic I wear high heels ... not as high as at my "work", but I can’t allow myself to loose useful skills ...
