Rachel became a ghost somehow and ended up using the opportunity to possess a body of the upper class. She gets to enjoy the tastes of the best culinary treats that money can buy. And with the new wealth that comes with her new body, that's a lot.
Burnette, who has been forced out of her own body isn't taking this lightly, and luckily for her she's able to find Rachel's empty body somehow and get her revenge by eating as much food as Rachel's body can afford, which is mostly cheap fast food slop.
