Slight changes to how polls work
Added 2023-03-03 03:03:03 +0000 UTCfrom now on all polls end after 3 days instead of a week so I can get stuff prepared earlier, and in the event of a tie, tiebreakers will be done on twitter to get everyone involved, just for fun
