Dev Log 0.19a: Teamwork

What is teamwork? Obviously it's when two people work together to achieve something that neither of them of them could achieve together.

One of the downsides of concentrating on specific character advancements is that there is less of an onus on multi character scenes. There are still a lot of them, but I want more. I've said it before, but I feel it's one of the big strengths of Cabin that the characters all interact so much even when you aren't there. This week I got to do a bunch of that and I plan on doing a bunch more between now and the next imminent character development poll (probably a week or so).

So this week I got excited and wrote a Carla C3 scene where her Carla senses go off. In this case if you talk to Lin and bait Sami into going down on you, well Carla has words to say about that.

After that there was another scene with Jenny being rather mystical. Unlike others... this one is just on by default. May require predator/prey but otherwise just appears friday night. Can't be more specific, I'm getting sleepy. But It's nice to have a bit more Lina stuff where she can actually give back to Jenny, their relationship was feeling a little one sided.

Then, sitting in the backlog has been a completed scene that has been waiting to get included for literal months... Now that there was finally time and I wanted to push forward with these interactions between the girls, I went forward with the arrangement. So now the scene is three times the size it was when I started and the original content wasn't even finished and only some of my additions made it into the build. The other stuff is 90% done but this just means I didn't push myself 120% so you could have an extra double large build and instead it's just regular large.

So actually getting to these specific scenes... They are based around how Alex said she would fix Sami after their... Shoot, I just realised that I keyed them to the wrong variable... Oh well, that's a tomorrow problem...

So actually getting to these specific scenes you need to provoke Sami apologising to Alex for being a bitch. It's supposed to be provoking them to get into a fight, but I'll solve that later. You don't need to see the Alex scene after that for Alex to come visit your room Monday morning with an eye for putting her plan to fix her and Sami's relationship into action. Now her plan for that is the part I didn't finish... But I sure as hell finished what happens if Carla happens to be having a drunk escapade in your room at the time.

So provoke Sami to apologise from the lake scene, get Carla having fun in your room.

Anyway, no story time this week because I drank too much water and now I feel sick which is bad at half 2 in the morning.
