a few days late but i’ve found gel packs to be really good for me, those u can either freeze in a freezer or heat in a microwave… so i tend to freeze one, wrap it in a towel or some fabric so it doesn’t touch bare skin, and keep it on my forehead as i sleep … usually relaxes me enough to fall asleep and sleep thru the heat
