OC Tsuga concept #1 + lore

I did this concept a year ago, so it's a bit in a different style.

Tsuga's\Nui lore: he's one of the Nui Seidhe (just as I told u in the post with Echo, this is another species of Seidhe. Nui live in a giant cave city built inside icy mountains. When night comes, the city opens to the stars. This nation is very closed, they don't welcome any stranger in their lands, but care a lot about each other unlike Dei.)

Their society is quite conservative and built around socialism. Everyone has their role and this role is decided by the caste where a nui is born. For every caste there's a whole spectre of roles, but everyone can stay only on their level.
1. Aan (the rulers of their city Etelt)
2. Rah (nobles, scientists etc.)
3. Hin (workers, farmers, servants etc.)
4. Yave (all sorts of criminals. You can't go up in a higher caste, but can easily go down. Tho you can't be born as Yave, you can only become. A kid born from Yave automatically becomes Hin)

Yave (btw in language of Seidhe it means "dead" and it's based on Dalit) are considered almost exiles. As soon as a nui becomes Yave, they get a magic cross mark on their forehead and from now on this nui isn't considered one of the Nui anymore, they're just Yave, a thing that barely deserves life according to the rules of Nui Seidhe. Nobody from other castes is allowed to talk to them, they're allowed to communicate only with other Yave. They're treated like slaves doing all the hard and dangerous work, scientists use them as experiment subjects.

Tsuga was born as one of the Rah. Just as any other Nui he had no idea who his parents are (all the info about birthrate, mating and kids will be in the post about Tsuga #2), so he was raised among other Rah-Nui and was assigned as a star reader (a scientist that can analyse the position of stars and discover the nearest future).

This is him when he was young btw! He had dark hair and silver eyes.
