Jay is really growing on me a lot, I think out of all the contestants he seems the most real to me for some reason, like he knows what he wants, works hard for it but is never afraid to show his true emotions. I’m very shocked to see that niki is so … disliked in some ways??? Like just the other day I saw ppl were hating on him for something and I’m like wow I didn’t realize. (THIS IS WHY WE DONT NEED KIDS DEBUTTING CAUSE WHY R U SENDING HATE TO A CHILD, but that’s a topic for another day …) Jays hand was wild like WAS HE FIGHTING AN ARMY OF MOSQUITOES??? LMAOOO

2023-02-23 08:09:22 +0000 UTCYeah I’m glad you caught that there was not a single black fan 😃 the first time I watched I was like hmmm now I know a lot of us was watching soooo 😬 Would’ve been great to see at least one but anyways 😭 The standouts in this episode for me were always the highlighting of growth for several people and ofc everything with Jay. I love me some Jay in case you couldn’t tell 🤣 I’ll never get tired of saying how much I love his energy, dedication, and spirit. I was a Heeseung/Jay bias from day one and haven’t changed since. What I love about this concept test is how much effort the Chamber 5 team really put into practicing their expressions and getting into the vibe no matter how awkward it made everyone but Sunoo and Ta-ki feel. Ta-ki telling Jake that he needed to smile more from his heart was the cutest thing ever 🥹 Showing how K took the experience of the mess from the last test and applied it going forward was great, and a huge reason why I don’t take anyone who paints him as an evil monster seriously. I feel how I feel about the situation objectively but at the end of the day, he was as affected by everything as everyone else was due to the lack of communication. They all clearly worked it out in the end anyway so people holding grudges were doing too much imo, but what do I know about what they’ve gone through to be so put off, right? But speaking of grudges and painting someone as evil, Ni-ki was demonized a lot, something that still continues sadly to this day. Like literally people hate him with a passion that makes no sense to have. I was so baffled when I was in the yt comments of the debut trailers trying to figure out who was who in the group before I watched iland, and the pure vitriol that was said about him had me like 😨 tf did this guy do???? Then I watched the show and he was a 14 yr old kid doing nothing but be spectacular at dancing and trying to debut, and not even maliciously, at that. Wasn’t clicking for me idk. Still doesn’t. You laughing at Jay’s hand was insane bc I promise I did the same, like damn bro how much were you scratching for it to look like that??? It looked like he lost a fight with the wall plsss 😭
