Panam was almost able to win the vote, almost.. Therefore, this art was made as a consolation for those who wanted to see her.π
Some facts: The girl is 26 years old, hates corporations and implants as the latter directly relate to corporations. However, she still has one implant (Not exactly), this is an eye implant, since Panam is a very good sniper and prefers only this type of combat.
