I masked out the face, described them in the prompt and set the noise to around .35-.45 The biggest difference i've found is the using the realistic vision model with the automatic1111 collab. You can get the checkpoint here: (https://civitai.com/models/4201/realistic-vision-v13) Ultimate Porn Merge is also pretty great for NSFW but Realistic has the best faces.
