I didn’t go into major details about surgeries , injuries and how bad it was because most people don’t care and that’s fine. There’s a lot of surgeries and injuries that happened and it’s a true miracle he’s still here. I also get yall are paying to see me , my chest and everything so it makes it easy to forget I’m a real person too.

It didn’t help that I had recently lost my mom a year or so before and was still trying to process that one. Stuff just happened back to back. I thought I could deal and tried to , but couldn’t at times. I threw myself into work on here when she passed , but I couldn’t do the same with the accident because I spent day after day taking care of him in the hospital and then at home. It took a huge toll on me emotionally , mentally and physically. Sooooo many surgeries , check ups , PT appointments , wound care appointments. Having his mom and another nurse move in with us to help take care of him. I could never get the time and privacy to work. It felt never ending , but that’s life and stuff happens! Thank you! I’m glad we are doing better and he’s recovered for the most part. His injuries were super severe, so he will never be 100% recovered. We are in our 20s and he has already had to have a full hip replacement. He also doesn’t have a full heel anymore , so he doesn’t walk properly. A lot more injuries and stuff , but those 2 will have an effect on his quality of life. I have some scars and saw the whole scene , so definitely a lot of emotional and mental trauma , but the car went into him. That’s what happens when someone wants to drink and drive. Innocent people get hurt, but at least we survived it. The people who hit us did not.

I tend to post more when I’m in a happy mood and if that terrible accident never happened I would have never stopped posting daily to every other day. It really took a toll on us for a few years , but everything falls in to place! 😁 They do wobble , jiggle and move super easy lol. I breathe and they move!😂
