2024-12-18 03:43:07 +0000 UTCI guess they're going to rework the lore but since they didnt do it yet the crow isn't actually Swain's But Raum's which will later become controlled by Swain (Swain doesnt pact with Raum before the events of arcane, for now that is). Swains pacts with Raum after losing an arm to Irelia during the war they will go in with Singed's help who is still in piltover so it cant be Swains. Raum's crow travel and gather knowledge, Raum is one of the most knowledgeable of the lore along with Aurelion Sol so I believe for now it's just Raum's crow gathering knowledge and maybe picking up something at the end of the episode. My random personal theory is that the crow took either some hextec remnants or the rune that contains jayce and viktor. Next show will be crazy tho! I'd love targon or bilgewater but seems like we're going over Ionia with Noxus still interfering with them (I don't think Noxus will be the main focus of the show, just as Arcane i think they will just be the enemy until we travel through runeterra and reach either the "end" or Demacia)

2024-11-27 12:23:50 +0000 UTCI just noticed that Jinx's final little monkey bomb has sad eyes, this time. Every little detail. Man. Tears upon tears. Beautiful. What's great about the first time you watch the finale is, you have no sense that there's any way out for Jinx. And you know that she already tried to commit sudoku. So you expect that this time, she's doing it willfully to save Vi. The ultimate redemption and proving Caitlin wrong, that one good deed can undo her crimes. Whether she's alive or not, I'm so unbelievably happy with this ending because they redeemed Jinx, completely. They could have just made her some dollar store Joker ripoff where she goes laughing around, blowing everything up sadistically. And, yeah, they do show us some of that. But it's part of her growth and development as a person. I'm totally with you - Jinx is my favorite character, followed closely by Silco. Also - no shame in letting the tears out. I was nearly sick to my stomach the first time I watched that ending. But it all came together, conceptually, when I remembered the "sometimes, in order to take a leap forward you have to leave a few things behind" line. I think Jinx resolved to leave her sister behind, and, by way of leading by example, hopefully taught her to do the same. But I suspect Vi will never let Jinx go. And man oh man do I hope Jinx survives and commandeers that ship and flies it to Bilgewater, or somewhere that she'd fit right into, like that. I'm also really pleasantly surprised by Vi's trajectory in season 2. She grew as a character, too, albeit in her own way...e.g. she hits rock bottom for the second time way before her sister does, also for the second time, and luckily Jinx reconnects with her at that very low point for her, and then their father is able to bring them together. I can't really blame Vi for not wanting to let go of Vander at the very end. It's totally heartbreaking seeing him as an emotionless, metal monster, and there's just no easy way around that. One thing I'm a little surprised that there wasn't (unless I maybe missed it) more of a reference to was, the way that both Jinx and Vi hit their heads when Vander dropped them (a rare parenting L for the big man). The moment I saw that I was thinking, oh man, is this where Jinx starts to lose it and then turns on Vi at the eleventh hour? If they'd've done that, that would've pissed me off royally. I will repeat myself - as heartbreaking as it was, I was very pleased with how it ended. Redemption. Remorse. Renewal.

On top of Cait having the piece of the bomb. She examined that area and knows that Jinx escaped. She probably is off living in another world in Runeterra. Would be awesome to see her again in another story as a cameo if Riot decides to do another area in Runeterra

Really cool that you remember that Jinx said she wanted to ride one of those airships in the very first episode of the series! It would be really dope to see her get a cameo or a side roll in another series we get later on.
