Ruby was the personification of the show must go on. And also the fact she used the word “slaughter” compared to aqua who just said “killed” shows different form of inhumanity..That’s something you would expect to come out of the thoughts of vlad the impaler..The scene with the flashback she said one was a middle schooler at the time. So you add around five years you would get around the age of a university student who killed her.
