So, to answer your question, Vivi is 16. She left Alabasta 2 years ago probably around the time she was originally supposed to give that speech. Luffy and Usopp are both 17, Nami is 18, Zoro and Sanji are 19, Robin is 28, and Chopper is the youngest at 15. Also, Ace is 20 (I thought I'd include him since he traveled with them a bit in this arc; also, his time with the crew in the manga was much shorter from what I hear). So, not including Robin since she just joined, they're all around the same age. Man, Bon Clay, why you gotta be so pure my guy? 😭😭😭 And that iconic scene where the crew says goodbye to Vivi in their own special way so that she doesn't get in trouble with the Navy 😭😭😭😭😭 Pell "died" so many times in this arc. Each one undermined his sacrifices more than the previous one. I mean, he literally had the perfect death scene carrying that bomb into the sky

pell being alive has always been conflicting to me. i like his character so im glad he’s alive but the fact that he’s not dead kinda ruined a portion of the seriousness of alabasta for me. like bro literally had a bomb blow up right next to him. no way you just survive that
