There’s no argument. It just is. Spirited away was directed by the greatest Japanese animator of all time. There’s no question about it. No argument. Hayao Miyazaki will always be the greatest Animator of Japanese animated film for all time. ODA, is the greatest anime/maga genius of all time Miyazaki is the greatest Japanese animated filmmaker of ALL TIME. His command of color, and music. Plot and ingenuity is completely unmatched. Look him up. Watch his films and you will not be disappointed.

Princess Mononoke, Porco Rosso, and From Up on Poppy Hill ya can't go wrong with Studio Ghibli. Then maybe Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex would be like my pie in the sky hope.

Some shots are direct recreations of frames from this film. It's pretty dark though, so you kinda have to be in a secure, tough mindset to watch it) Tokyo Godfathers (Probably a good movie to watch during the holidays) Millennium Actress (Drama/Meta-biopic.) Paprika (Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Magical Realism. Influenced Christopher Nolan in Inception)
