Even when Lupa's arm was taken away to be sealed by the witches, it continued to evolve into a complete abyssal arm, still alive and functioning. Despite being detached from Lupa, she sometimes feels like the limb is calling to her.
I had the idea that it could be possible for lupa to use this arm and reattach it to herself, at the cost of it fusing with her, but she's screwed if kept too long aaaand would like have to sever it from herself everytime. So it might be a one time thing.

Honestly would be funny as hell if a very dangerous weapon they need to win a battle is just Lupa arm
