I adore the finale because I always cared a lot more about the characters and their arcs than the supernatural stuff. When it comes to the characters they absolutely nail their endings to a degree that very few shows have. The endings they have for them and how it is all handled is so beautiful but also so melancholic and I adore that choice. Having Mike narrate the ending of himself and his friends is particularly affecting because it gives us a glimpse at that their future could be but it isn't definitive. That works especially beautifully when it comes to El because we will never know the truth and even if his theory is right, it is a very bittsweet end because maybe they find each other one-day or maybe they never, ever do. Maybe his theory is wrong and she did die.

You both along with Greg and John would be a super watch. Anyways Stranger Things will be missed alot i have literally grown up with the show this was so emotional a perfect finale and a really good season but S4 will remain top tier for me. The last 40 mintues were the best for me i kept crying this entire episode even El's moments with Hopper were so so good and my favs Dustin and Steve so good seeing them and seeing Steve become children's coach what else do we need? He got a lot of nuggets now lol. I love how he was the only adult guy from our group who stayed back in Hawkins so adorable and really fits his character so well. The final goodbye with our main guys playing D&D was so freaking emotional i cried non stop specially with the theme score playing gets more heartbreaking... Goodbye ST until next time...
