One of my favorite lesser known Tony Todd films is Man from Earth (2007). Not everyone’s cup of tea, but definitely worth checking out if any of you haven’t seen it

GREAT Final D: Bloodlines WATCHALONG FELLAS!! 3rd watch for me as I saw FD:B twice in cinemas, love the "Space Needle" premonition intro and Iris' survival reveal! Love the entire Bloodline Family story that connects to the entire series SO GOOD!! The Family BBQ scene fake out was great, Erik's tattoo shop fire fake-out scene was great, Piano meets punk pennie kid crush was clap worthy. "RESEARCH POWER!!!" Stepbros MRI kill is Top 3 of the entire franchise (maybe #1 lol)... And, still my fave Final Destination... Final D:2... LOGGGGING TRUUUUUCK!!! For me CLAIMS IT'S TOP KILL RANK STATUS YET AGAIN and ENDS the Bloodline hahahaha! ...and 💙 Tony Todd, Candyman of course but I always dug him in Night of The Living Dead 1990 (it's good John!), The Crow (like Andrew) and The Rock as "The Rocket Man" mercenary.

Hmm?? Greg & Roxy or John & The Roomies?! Hmm...

Funny you mentioned this concept being good as a TV series. James Wong & Glen Morgan originally pitched the idea as an X-Files episode.

This was such a wonderful watch! Thanks guys!!

I wish the film had an answer to why few people have had premonitions

No one is related to Devon sawa in the film. Though, you could argue that all the tragic events in previous films were because someone from sky view was present, but there is no family relation to other characters in previous films.

It’s hard to top Candyman as a favourite Tony Todd performance because he’s so great in it, BUT he did a phenomenal job in an episode of The X-Files season 1 called Sleepless. He’s also great in a smaller role in The Rock, which we’ve tried to get John to watch a few times. I know Andrew watched it on Cinepals but if there’s anyone else that hasn’t seen it, now might be a good time?

The late Tony Todd appeared in a one-off episode of "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" as the grown son of Captain Sisko. His father is lost to a sub-space no-man's land in a freak accident and Jake devotes his life to finding a way to bring him home. Captain Sisko re-appears briefly every few years and implores Jake to live his life and not dwell on what he cannot change - a testament to the love their family shares. It was one of those performances that reminded me that Tony Todd was much more than a character actor who could make your spine tingle.

This movie worh watching for Tony Todd's scene alone, emotional really as he was breaking the fourth wall to a degree. Also this film was genuinely hilarious and pissing myself in cinema😂😂
