The reason why Spinner seems stupider is because he now is. All For One gave him multiple quirks (the gigantification plus some others to be seen), which puts a HUGE strain on the mind and mental faculties. That's why the early Nomus were like mindless beasts - the more quirks you stuff in someone, the more their mind breaks.

2025-06-10 17:49:11 +0000 UTCtrying to organize my thoughts into 3. points. 1. the adaptation process from manga to anime can be rough especially in longer arcs like this cause manga chapter are usually quite shorter than anime episodes. which is where the jumping around pacing kinda comes from. 2. they ARE intentional with they’re jumping around kinda like seeing tailman cause he fought todoroki in season 1 but they’re doing it more so in a way where they are jumping to fights that will be most relevant to the current fight we are watching. 3. for the most part we should have episodes that are focused on 1 battle or a half and half episode. we will also see a handful more of those everybody cuts where it shows a bunch of people. the big part we were complaining about this episode xD. just know that every time we do that beat its going to continuously include more and more people xD
