Iโm very curious to see how successful an Abby-centric season will be given the anger people (particularly those who havenโt played the game) have felt toward her this season. They will probably need to include scenes of the Jackson crew throughout. Thatโs my guess anyway. Like the game, Ellieโs character arc is very interesting and super frustrating. For me, though, Dina is the standout. I love how she was written for this show. Strong, smart, loyal. I love competent characters. Well, except for the idea of going into that building in ep 5. ๐ The fan response to Dina gives me Darryl Dixon vibes. Not in character, but in reception and support. Remember the shirts โIf Darryl dies we riot!โ? Itโs like that. Truly remarkable work from Bella Ramsey and Isabela Merced. Catherine OโHara, Joe Pantoliano and Jeffrey Wright were incredible too.

Resident Reject for 20 years now but I grew up in WA (Kitsap Co across the Puget Sound west of Seattle) so I was a bit confused when Ellie goes into the storm?! Seems she washed up on the Alki Beach area but the park the Scars are at seemed to be Downtown? The Seattle proper area the WLF Downtown control: Seattle Center (Space Needle) Seahawks Stadium & the Seattle Waterfront which has: Seattle Aquarium, Colman Ferry Docks, the giant ferris wheel (and Pier 47 also seen at the end of MI Ghost Protocol Tara-Possible lol) anywho... Welp, selfish Ellie gets everyone killed (or nearly killed) not just for her Abby vengeance but she never thinks like Jesse Dina Tommy Joel have all said to Ellie's face. That's all I see, so it is what it is. The Jackson Hole Community is getting weaker & weaker due to Ellie trying to fight an army. Bye Jesse, you were a good person, would have been a good father figure too :(
